Differential Aptitude Tests (DATs)
Differential Aptitude tests measure the most common aptitudes associated with job performance. Separate tests assess Verbal Reasoning, Numerical Ability, Abstract Reasoning, Mechanical Reasoning, Space Relations, Clerical Speed and Accuracy, and Spelling and Language Usage. An index of general ability can be obtained using the combined results of the first two tests. The tests can be given as a complete battery or as individual tests.
Career Interest Tool
Career Pathfinder In-depth is a self-completion questionnaire designed to aid career decision-making. In-depth can be used to meet either personal or organisational needs. It can be used by anyone who wants a clearer picture of the possible career directions which suit their personality, their preferred organisational culture and the competencies they have to offer.
Hogan Personality Inventory
The Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI) is a business-related measure of normal personality and it is frequently used as a selection tool in organisations. It has a 25-year history of successfully predicting employee performance and helping companies reduce turnover, absenteeism, shrinkage, and poor customer service. Personality assessment is rapidly becoming a best practice for selecting and developing talented employees. The questionnaire can be completed on-line and it contains no intrusive or invasive items.
A career guidance interview
In a relaxed and informal setting, we gather information from you on your career history, education and interests, the purpose of which is to gain a more complete picture of you.
