Karen Wiseman
BMus, HDipEd, HDip Career Guidance, Dip in Personal & Executive Coaching

Karen Wiseman has been working with groups and individuals in the area of personal and career development for 17 years.  She holds a postgraduate diploma in Career Guidance and a Diploma in Personal & Executive Coaching. She is a graduate of University College Cork having obtained a first class honours BMus degree in 1984.  She has also trained in Gestalt Therapy in UCC and has completed a personal development programme with the Irish Gestalt Institute.

Karen is a Chartered member of the Institute of Guidance Counsellors.  She has obtained accreditation in psychometric testing Levels A & B with the British Psychological Society and she is listed on the BPS Register of Competence.  She is also a trained Emotional Intelligence (EQi®) assessor.

Karen’s areas of interest are coaching for leadership, career satisfaction and personal fulfillment.  She is also a dynamic and creative group trainer and facilitator.

Diane Cassidy MII Grad, MBA

Diane Cassidy holds the Diploma in Personal and Executive Coaching. She received her MBA from the University of Ulster in 1997 and was presented with the Sir Charles Harvey Award for ‘outstanding business student’ of that year by the IMI. Following her studies, Diane worked as a management consultant and trainer for various organisations. She represented the SFA (Small Firms Association) on the evaluation committee of the Louth County Enterprise Board for many years.

Diane’s passion is working with women and families in business, and she has a particular interest in the issues surrounding new and emerging firms, having worked with many start-up companies. These include her family’s national distribution business, where she was a director for 10 years, and her husband’s international software export company.

Karen and Diane are members of ECI (European Coaching Institute) and they practice according to ECI’s code of ethics.
